Thank you for buying our WordPress Theme. The complete procedure to configure and manage a WordPress Website from the beginning is shown in this documentation in different portions.

What is a Wordpress Template?

A WordPress template acts as a skin for the websites which are created on WordPress CMS. The installation of a WordPress Template is very easy. With the help of an installed new template, you can change the look of your WordPress website very easily. All the requisite source files are provided with a WordPress template and you can freely go for editing and increasing it the way you want.

File Structure

The template package you have downloaded consists of several folders. Let's see what each folder contains:

    Screenshots -contains template screenshot. Not for production.
  • theme -contains wordpress theme files
  • "vw-affiliate-marketing-pro" -this folder contains all the necessary files for the theme.
  • "license.txt" -contains license details
  • "readme.txt" -contain information about theme images path, font use and usage script

My site was working fine before? Who changed the File Permissions?

Incorrect file permissions can block WordPress from creating folders, upload images, or run some scripts

WordPress needs permissions to manage files and create folders on the server.

  • After that select all folders in root directory and then right click to select ‘File Permissions’.
  • wp-config >> permissions dialog box >> click on checkbox read and write >> Click on the OK button to continue
  • same process repeated for wp-content folder

Template Installation

Template installation is very easy process.

All installation steps can be done within WordPress interface. It makes process comfortable and fast.

The installation process can be done in two ways

1-Install a theme using wordpress admin

First thing you need to do is to login to your WordPress admin area. Next, click on

1.Go to the menu Appearance >> Themes

2. Once you are on the themes page, click on the Add New button at the top.

3. Click on upload theme button.

4. Click on Browse Button then select your VW Affiliate Marketing Pro theme and click on install now button.


5.WordPress will now install your theme and show you a success message along with the link to activate or live preview.

Congratulations!! Your theme have been successfully installed.

2-Install a Theme using FTP

Your second installation option is to upload the theme via FTP. For this method first log into your site via FTP and browse to your folder located at wp-content/themes. Unzip the theme file you downloaded and upload only the extracted Total folder to your server.

Next log into your WordPress site and navigate to Appearance >> Themes to activate Total.

Plugin Installation.

To install a WordPress Plugin manually by .zip archive and follow the below steps for Upload plugin .

Install Required Plugins:

vw-affiliate-marketing-pro-posttype, Contact Form 7 and Woocommerce.

Go to Dashboard >> plugin >> Add New >> Upload plugin.

click on the install now button and activate.

DEMO CONTENT IMPORTER

Import demo content with one click to get your theme setup. This content will guide you through building your website for website creation

Before Run Importer you have to install all the required Plugins :- Contact Form 7 and VW Affiliate Marketing Pro Posttype , Woocommerce Plugin.

1. Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Get Started

2. Click on "Demo Content Importer" and then "Run Importer".

Section Ordering

How to Arrange and Reordering Section

Section reordering basically means to arranage the section as per our requirement. in order to proceed with this section you need to drag section on top or bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section top or bottom your front view will change according customizer values.

For Section Re-ordering,you just need to simply drag-and-drop options into any order as per your wish .

In order to proceed with Section Ordering.

Step 1 Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customizing >> Theme Settings >> Section Ordering

Click on "Demo Content Importer" and then "Run Importer".

Section Color/Font Pallette

Color/Font is very easy process. We have given these options in all sections of customizer. It is a complete image to show you about color and font pallete. At a single glance of click you can set the color and fonts of the Headings, Paragraph and Buttons

Every individual section have an option to set the color pallete for Headings, Title/Text, Paragraph, Button Text and Button Background depending upon the number of option that are available in that respective section.

Setup Homepage Template

Setup Home Page Template

Follow these instructions to setup Home page.

  • 1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.

    Label it "home" or anything as you wish. Then select template "home-page" from template dropdown.

  • 2. Set the front page: Go to Setting >> Reading >> Set the front page display static page to home page

    • Once you are done with this, you can see all the demo content on front page.

Theme Setup

1. Setup Topbar Section

In order to proceed with the Topbar Section

For the setup of Social icons in topbar firstly activate VW Social Media Plugin.

Go to Appearance >> Plugins >> Add New.

Go to Appearance >> VW Social Media.

2. Setup Topbar Menus

In order to setup the Menus, follow the below steps.

Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> add new page with addition of image if you want to and allot the page to that section. You can do this several times for creating multiple pages to allot in same section

For menu you need to add pages from Pages >> Add new and then add them to the Appearance >> Menus

In order to setup the Topbar.

1. Setup Site Identity

In order to setup the Site Identity, follow the below steps.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Site Identity.

2. Setup Header

In order to setup the Header, follow the below steps.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> >> Theme Setting >> Topbar Product Search.

2. Sticky Header on/off:

When you on the button and scroll the page then header navigation go on the top and stick at top of page.


3. Setup Menus

In order to setup the Menus, follow the below steps.

Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> add new page with addition of image if you want to and allot the page to that section. You can do this several times for creating multiple pages to allot in same section

For menu you need to add pages from Pages >> Add new and then add them to the Appearance >> Menus

Repeat the same steps if you want to add more pages.

In this way you can add the menu section.

In this way you can setup final header



3. Slider Section

In order to proceed with slider section.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Slider Settings





In this way you can add the slider section.

4. Shop By Categories

In order to proceed with Shop By Categories Section

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Shop By Categories




In this way you can setup final Shop By Categories section.


5. Amazon Top Deals

In order to proceed with Amazon Top Deals Section,first you need to upload and activate the Woocommerce plugin.

To add new product first we need to create Product categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Categories


When we add new product we need to select categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Amazon Top Deals


In this way you can setup Final Amazon Top Deals



6. Banner Top

In order to proceed with Banner Top Sale Section

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Banner Top

7. New Arrivals Myntra

In order to proceed with New Arrivals Myntra Section,first you need to upload and activate the Woocommerce plugin.

To add new product first we need to create Product categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Categories


When we add new product we need to select categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>New Arrivals Myntra


In this way you can setup Final New Arrivals Myntra



7. Sale Banner

In order to proceed with Sale Banner Section

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Sale Banner

8. Top Deals Flipkart

In order to proceed with Top Deals Flipkart Section,first you need to upload and activate the Woocommerce plugin.

To add new product first we need to create Product categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Categories


When we add new product we need to select categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Top Deals Flipkart


In this way you can setup final Top Deals Flipkart section



9. Shoes Sale Banner

In order to proceed with Shoes Sale Banner Section

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Shoes Sale Banner

8. Categories Collection

In order to proceed with Categories Collection Section,first you need to upload and activate the Woocommerce plugin.

To add new product first we need to create Product categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Categories


When we add new product we need to select categories

Go to Dashboard >> Product >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Categories Collection


In this way you can setup final Categories Collection section




9. Testimonials

In order to proceed with Testimonials Section,first you need to upload and activate the VW Affiliate Marketing Pro Posttype plugin.

In order to showcase Testimonial on home page.

Go to Dashboard >> Testimonials >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Testimonial



In this way you can setup Final Testimonial



10. OUR LATEST NEWS

In order to proceed with Latest News Section Follow the steps given below

Firstly you need to make the required post.For adding the post follow the belowed metioned steps

Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Latest News



In this way you can setup Final Latest News



11. Setup General Settings Section

In order to procced with this General Settings Section

Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >>General Settings

To hide and show shop page sidebar click on the above highlighted button.


To hide and show single product page sidebar click on the above highlighted button.


12. Setup Post Settng Section

In order to procced with this Post Settng Section

Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >>Post Setting


13. Instagram

In order to proceed with Instagram Section Follow the steps given below

Firstly you need to activate instagram feed plugins.

Go to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New


Go to Dashboard >> Instagram Feed >> Connect an Instagram Account


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Instagram


In this way you can setup Final Instagram


14. Setup Footer Widgets Section

In order to showcase Footer Widgets Section Follow the steps given below

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets


Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Footer Widgets.

23. Setup Contact Section

In order to setup the Contact Form you need upload and activate contact form 7 plugin.

In order to procced with this contact Section

Go to Dashboard >> Contact >> Add New


Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Contact


Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >>Contact





In this way you can setup Final Contact form


Theme Plugins

Plugins are ways to extend and add to the functionality that already exists in WordPress.

How to activate plugins If you want these functionalities in your theme for which you need to activate plugin. Follow these instructions to activate plugin in your theme.

First, you need to download vw-affiliate-marketing-pro-posttype plugin.from the source which will be a .zip file.

  4. Type in the name of your new category.
